My name is Mary Wiggins. I am a recent graduate of The Art Institute of Virginia Beach, Majoring in Baking & Pastry. I aspire to obtain an Associates & a Bachelor's Degree in Culinary Management & Supervision with an emphasis on specialty cakes and confections. From there, I plan to go on to become a professionl Pastry Chef at a renowned restaurant or country club within the Tidewater area. I would love to someday own my own Bakery/ Bistro. I have been baking and creating unique pastries for over 20 years, starting out in the family business (Darlin Bakery Shop). This experiance sparked and nurtured my love for  the art of baking. Thinking outside of the box and reaching for the stars, has always been a driving force for me.
